Meet the Team

Gary Fordgary
Clinic Director and Treatment Coordinator
Gary Ford graduated from MATC in 2000 and immediately began working for Dr. Griffin at a dental clinic in Waukesha, Wisconsin. After working as an orthodontic assistant with Dr. Griffin for almost 2 years, Gary moved out of state. After 2 years he returned to Wisconsin to find that Dr. Griffin had developed his own private orthodontic practice in West Allis, Wisconsin.

Gary had the opportunity to become a part of the GO (Griffin Orthodontics) Team in the summer of 2007 where he serves as Clinic Director and Treatment Coordinator. Aware of the latest technology in dentistry, Gary also assists Dr. Griffin with all treatment procedures and has dental laboratory experience. Gary takes the time to personally meet with all new patients about suggested treatment plans, and all existing patients at every visit once treatment begins.

After working in the dental field with so many other doctors at other clinics, Griffin Orthodontics has been a refreshing change of pace. Gary finds it exciting and challenging to help with the growth and success of Griffin Orthodontics. Our patients get to experience a professional atmosphere that is comfortable and welcoming. Today Gary is committed to making Dr. Griffin and Griffin Orthodontics one of Wisconsin’s best orthodontic providers. Gary is married and in his spare time he enjoys writing and music. To date, he has authored and self-published two novels and is working on a third book.  Check out Gary's website, www.myspace.com/realestwriter.

Maureen Fiedlermo
Patient Relations Specialist and Accounts Coordinator
Maureen was born in Milwaukee, WI and grew up in Elm Grove. She graduated from Catholic Memorial HS and obtained a Bachelors degree in Communications, with an emphasis in Public Relations and a minor in Advertising from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater. Maureen met Dr. Griffin as one of his patients in March of 2004. Upon completion of orthodontic treatment, Dr. Griffin offered her a position within his practice and she gladly accepted. Since being hired, Maureen has served as an Orthodontic Assistant, Marketing Practice Coordinator, Patient Relations Specialist and Accounts Coordinator.

"As a patient of Dr. Griffin's, I was very impressed by his honesty and personal attention that he gave to me. He seems to truly love his career. As part of his staff, I enjoy the 'family' setting in the office. We all get along in and out of the office, and Dr. Griffin welcomes our ideas and gives us each the chance to grow and learn through the practice. The idea of a small practice/office setting is one of the most attractive things about the job. It also allows us to have personal contact with every patient."

In her free time, Maureen enjoys spending time with her husband, traveling, cooking, baking, remodeling and doing home projects.
